  • I am very proud to say that I was the first female driver hired by On Time in 1990. I left briefly for school but came back in 1994. I have held many different roles throughout my 20+ years, including driver, accounts payable, payroll, office support, Customer Service and Billing. Currently, I am the Director of Customer Care. Daily we hear from patients and their families about how we as a company have been able to impact their lives in a positive way. Very little can compare to that kind of feedback. We take a great deal of pride in doing our jobs well and ensuring that our patients get the safest, most cost effective transport each and every time. I am lucky enough to say that I have worked with many of the same people for 10 years and more, some even longer.
